(※ I’ll use the cheapest means of transportation whenever possible, but if you make an out call at a time when it is dangerous to be out at night, I’ll charge you for the taxi fare on the way home. I’ll show you the total costs in advence obviously .)

【About Depisit】

•I accept a deposit of 50CHF for booking of up to 3 hours.

(※Could you please ask me If you add booking over 3 hours .)

•Receipt of deposit via "PayPal "or "Amazon Japan gift card"only .

［What the deposit means］

Due to a large number of cancellations due to irresponsible or mischievous reservations, I have no choice but to require a deposit starting from this Spring tour in 2023 .

In order to schedule the tour, I pay for all of the bill for transportation and accommodation by my own expense basically .

If your reservation is suddenly canceled due to your own circumstances, there will be a loss in tour costs.

I have experienced great losses due to unpaid payments, fraud, and thieves.

As a result, I decided to receive deposit .

Please consider of the deposit as a part of the minimum cost. It is not for my personal benefit, just for the costs for minimum expenses.

I am so sorry, for good customers, But I hope to your understanding.

•Cancellation due to customer circumstances /

Please understand that the deposit once paid is generally non-refundable before making a booking .

•Cancellation /

The main causes are poor physical condition and delays in public transportation.

Basically, I don’t cancel bookings by my selfish reason .

But If I have to cancel by my emergency, cancel for some reason, I will pay the full amount as soon as possible.

And I’ve never received the complaints by customers when l have to return the bill that you’ve paid . Even once .

I prefer making clear with the payment .
