It's a bit like a YOGA session, the difference is that I do all the work.At the end of the session, you'll be super relaxed, your muscles "well kneaded", your joints more supple. 

Without you having made any effort at all! 

So you don't get the impression, as I have after some Thai massages, that you've been put under a steamroller.
